I loved this place. Stayed there in May this year and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Very clean, lovely room. I stayed in the annex. Compact, but never the less perfect. A short walk from Hornchurch station and into the town. Which has an array of cafes, pubs, restaurants and a Sainsburys supermarket. Also has a very good bus service to Romford. Should you want a bigger shopping centre. Btw I didn't have the cooked breakfast. But it looked and smelt delicious :)

Absolute zero communication- didn't even bother to respond to my email when I enquired to book for 2 day business stay. May be next time I'll use the name ' John Smith' and they'll probably come rushing!

Immaculate & clean room.
Wonderful customer service
Freshly cooked full English breakfast which was delivered to our room.

Room was comfortable but noisy and the parking isn't great if at full occupancy. It is convenient for the district line and a short walk from town

This is a great B&B. Definitely recommend. Breakfast is served in the room, which may not suit you but it was excellent. Extremely polite, helpful and professional hosts. A great place to stay, great value.

We had a wedding to go to at the Cranleigh, so this hotel is the BEST in the area as its right next door.

This is A Great little hotel . It was Spotlessly clean. We stayed in the little chalets at the back of the property . we had 3 rooms and all said we would definitely stay again. Maybe a little expensive , for the price I think that breakfast should be included.

OK for a one night stay. It was clean. Room small, TV tiny, Reception couldn’t find WiFi password, no air con and my room at front was noisy from traffic.

C’est un hôtel propre, situé dans une ville calme , pas loins du métro qui amène jusqu’au cœur de Londres, la chambre est grande et équipée. Le parking est gratuit et sécurisé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, quand mon fils n’avez plus de charge dans son téléphone ils ont offert d’appelait et lui ont offert un câble pour son téléphone.

Perfect location as I was attending a wedding event at the Cranleigh a few doors down
Very attentive staff - I arrived with only minutes to spare to get changed and back out the door or else I would of requested a quieter room .(faced the busy road)
Breakfast was full and served in my room.

A most enjoyable hotel at a reasonable cost. Comfy room and bed and with all necessary facilities including a generous shower. Whisper quiet and adequate off street parking. Very obliging staff. Will certainly stay there again.

Lovely place to stay for our grandaughter's 21st celebrations. Friendly and super helpful welcome despite us arriving at a different time than we had originally arranged. Lovely room with quality furnishings. Really good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Would have given it 5 but breakfast is room service only . If a fold away table and chairs were supplied it would have been fine. The Hotel staff were very friendly everything was clean . Walls a bit thin could hear the neighbours chatting.

We had a great experience and we stayed for about a week, as We were visiting from Canada for a family wedding. The service was great and the owners were very accommodating as we have small children! I would highly recommend staying here!

Me and my auntie stayed here for a night, lovely rooms, loved the desk table, bath was small, had the essentials, towels, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was delicious, a good choice of pastries, toast, tea, jams, spreads or you can have a full English breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel, if you're staying for a few nights 👍
